REFORMER CLASS

  • Perfect for First-timers | Open to all levels

    Focus: Foundations of Pilates, Core engagement, Reformer fundamentals

    Ideal for those new to Pilates, this class introduces you to the basics of reformer Pilates in a relaxed and informative setting. You’ll learn how to properly use the reformer, engage your core, and perform key movements with guidance from our experienced instructor. The focus is on helping you feel comfortable and confident as you build a solid foundation in Pilates. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to refine your technique, this class is a great starting point to set you up for success.

    Vibe: Energizing, rejuvenating, steady dynamic pace

    Designed for those with some Pilates experience, this class offers a balanced mix of strength and stretch to help you build on your existing practice. With a focus on dynamic full-body exercises, you'll refine your technique, deepen your core engagement, and enhance flexibility while moving through a steady dynamic flow. The class is perfect for those looking to challenge their body and find a rejuvenating rhythm on the reformer. Get ready to leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized.

    Focus: Full-body strength + energy boost

    Vibe: High-energy, dynamic, and empowering

    Bring the energy and feel the burn with Power Reformer, a full-body workout designed to challenge and invigorate. This upbeat, dynamic class combines powerful strength moves and conditioning exercises that target your core, legs, arms, and everything in between. Props like light weights, Bala Bangles and resistance bands spice up traditional reformer moves, keeping the class exciting and effective. Paired with energizing beats, this session will leave you feeling accomplished, uplifted, and stronger in every way. Perfect for those ready to move with purpose and level up their reformer practice.

  • All levels welcome but with some familiarity with reformer experience is recommended | Not Prenatal-friendly 

    Focus: Jumpboard cardio, high-intensity moves

    Vibe: Playful and Zero chill (until the end)

    Reformer Jump  is your ultimate full-body workout with a side of fun. This high-energy, jumpboard-based class brings the bounce (literally), as you power through playful cardio bursts and dynamic strength moves designed to challenge, invigorate, and entertain. Expect cheeky jump variations, energizing beats, and just enough sweat to make you glow. Don’t worry, though  we’ll slow it all down at the end with a blissful stretch. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, uplifted, and maybe a little addicted to us.

    Focus: Stretching, fascia release, spinal mobility, and relaxation.

    Vibe: Chill and relaxing with dim lighting and soothing music.

    Reformer Reset is the ultimate self-care session. This calming, yin-inspired class invites you to slow down and focus on stretching, spinal mobility, and fascia release. Using the reformer as a supportive tool, along with props like massage balls and foam rollers, this class prioritizes relaxation and balance. Ease into gentle movements, self-massage techniques, and restorative stretches to create space and release tension. Paired with mindful breathwork and soft, soothing music, this class is a perfect reset for body and mind.

This postnatal-friendly class is all about helping you reconnect with your body while your little one joins in on the fun—whether they're cooing, giggling, or taking an impromptu nap. Designed to rebuild strength, stretch away stress, and boost confidence, this low-pressure, high-fun class is perfect for parents  or caregivers. This class celebrates the diversity of parenthood while fostering a welcoming and supportive community looking for movement, recovery, and community. Bring all the baby gear you need and enjoy a supportive session that celebrates every part of postnatal life (even the spit-up moments).

    Le Club
    is an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, cardio, and breathwork, designed to energize your body, free your movements, and connect you to the present moment. Set to loud, energizing music, this non-traditional class features dynamic flows, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and intentional pauses to reconnect with your breath and emotions. The addition of freeing, expressive movements invites you to shake off stress and embrace joy. With moments of rest to open and close the session, this experience empowers your body while freeing your spirit..

    Focus: A full-body Pilates workout blending classical mat techniques with a modern, dynamic twist.

    Vibe: Feel the burn, embrace the shake and move with purpose.

    Le Flow takes traditional Pilates mat principles and turns up the heat (metaphorically)! This class blends precise, controlled movements with a modern twist, challenging your strength, balance, and mobility. Using props like Bala Bangles, resistance bands, balls, and weights, you'll activate every muscle while staying deeply connected to your breath. Set to loud, energizing beats, this fun and spicy session promises to leave you sweaty, strong, and craving more.
